ELECTION DAY IS TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH

The deadline to register to vote is Friday, October 24th at 5pm.

REGISTER TO VOTE

Amherst has five districts, each represented by two councilors. Two at-large councilors represent the entire town. Each resident can vote for two district councilors, three at-large councilors, and five school committee members.

District 1-A votes at North Amherst Library, 8 Montague Road

District 1-B votes at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 867 North Pleasant Street

You can vote by mail, if you prefer.

The deadline to request your mail-in ballot is October 28th.

Early voting runs from October 27 to October 31 at Town Hall.

Town Hall is located at 4 Boltwood Avenue in downtown Amherst.

Early voting schedule:

Monday, October 27: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Tuesday, October 28: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Wednesday, October 29: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Thursday, October 30: 8:00am - 7:00pm

Friday, October 31: 8:00am - 4:30pm
